We want every customer to feel confident in her purchase. This policy explains when a size exchange, fitting guidance or alteration support may be available.

We do not offer cash refunds. Where a size exchange is unavailable, we may offer replacement, store credit or another suitable resolution at our discretion.

6. Online Delivery Issues

Any wrong, damaged or defective item from an online order must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs.
