1. About Us
MÉGA Saaj Studio is a boutique offering Indian wear, western wear, fashion jewellery and a custom jewellery redesign atelier, operated from India.
2. Eligibility
The Site is intended for users aged 13 and above. Users under 18 may use the Site only with parent or guardian involvement. By placing an order, you confirm you have legal capacity to enter a binding contract.
3. Orders, Pricing & Product Information
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR), inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Hand-finished pieces may have minor variations in colour, embroidery and fall — characteristic of artisanal craft.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or limit any order including suspected fraudulent or wholesale orders.
Products are dispatched only after full payment confirmation, or for COD orders, after verification.
An order is confirmed only after payment is successfully captured or COD is verified.
4. Payments
We accept Cash, UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), bank transfer, debit/credit cards and other methods available on the Site.
Online payments may be processed by Razorpay or Cashfree. We do not store full card numbers, CVVs or UPI PINs.
By submitting payment, you authorise us to process the indicated amount and share necessary transaction information.
5. Cash on Delivery
COD is available on serviceable pincodes for orders up to ₹15,000.
Custom redesign orders are prepaid only — not eligible for COD.
We may verify COD orders over phone or WhatsApp before dispatch. Unverified orders may be cancelled.
9. No Cash Refund Policy
Unless expressly required by law or approved by us in writing, we do not offer cash refunds. Eligible cases may be resolved through size exchange, replacement, store credit or another approved remedy.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts at our principal place of business.
